Background
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Service Plan for air compressor maintenance and repair. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of various air compressor equipment used by CARB, which aligns with their mission to protect public health and the environment through effective air quality management.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide a Service Plan that includes:

1. Preventative maintenance services, which encompass equipment checks, lubrication, cleaning, oiling, adjustments, calibration, alignment, timing, replacement of motor bearings, poly tubing, poly fittings filters, and operational testing. Maintenance will occur every six months.

2. Repair services as requested by CARB to keep equipment operational. Repairs must be performed within 48 hours of request.

3. Emergency repair services within four hours of request.

4. Calibration services on an as-needed basis with certified instruments traceable to NIST standards.

5. Replacement of worn or inoperable parts with prior written approval from CARB for costs exceeding $500.

6. Technical telephone support during business hours at no additional cost.

7. Training for up to five CARB personnel on programming the air compressors at no additional cost.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from April 21, 2025, to April 20, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at CARB's facilities located at:
1927 13th Street, Sacramento, CA;
1301 V Street, Sacramento, CA;
and 1900 14th Street, Sacramento, CA.
