Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for HVAC Shed Reconstruction Services at the South Lake Tahoe Area Office. This initiative aims to enhance the operational capabilities of CHP facilities, ensuring they meet current standards and requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all services outlined in Exhibit A entitled 'Scope of Work' included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB. This includes but is not limited to:

- Demolition of existing structures
- Installation of new HVAC systems
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Conducting necessary inspections

The contractor must also provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to complete the project.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from November 01, 2024, through October 31, 2025. The agreement may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CHP South Lake Tahoe Area Office located at 2063 Hopi Avenue, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
