HVAC Repair - Los Alamitos (JFTB)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the HVAC Repair - Los Alamitos (JFTB) located at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, CA. Work to include: The contractor shall assess and repair HVAC Systems at JFTB Los Alamitos Bldg. 1001: 4201 Saratoga Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720, Bldg. 2000: 4300 Lexington Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720, and Bldg. 2001: 4301 Lexington Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 33869 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 1/21/2025, at 11:00 AM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11206 Lexington Drive Building 244, just East of the Main Gate Entrance, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air- Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 1/29/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33869.
