Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for HVAC Maintenance Services for the CHP Humboldt Area Office and Humboldt Communications Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of HVAC systems at these facilities, which is critical for the agency's mission of public safety and service.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HVAC maintenance services as outlined in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work'. This includes regular inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for HVAC systems.

The contractor must possess a valid C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license. Additionally, all work must comply with prevailing wage laws as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2025, and will run through December 31, 2027. There may be extensions based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP Humboldt Area Office located at 255 East Samoa Blvd., Arcata, CA 95521,

and the Humboldt Communications Center at 1656 Union Street, Eureka, CA 95501.
