High Voltage Transformers for the Esperanca Substation

Background
The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals for the purchase of high voltage transformers for the Esperanca Substation. The goal is to procure three high voltage transformers, with an option for three additional units, to support the city's electric utility operations. The transformers must meet specific technical specifications and be delivered as a turn-key solution, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:

1. Design and fabrication of three-phase, three-winding high voltage transformers with separate wye-wye connected primary and secondary windings and a tertiary winding.

2. Specifications include:
- 33.6/44.8/56 MVA (ONAN/ONAF/ONAF)
- 60kV +/- 2 x 2.5% DETC
- 12kV +/- 16 x 0.625% OLTC.

3. A turn-key solution that encompasses factory assembly, factory acceptance testing, disassembly, transport to site, assembly at site, testing and commissioning at the site, along with all necessary parts, materials, labor, and equipment for complete installation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined based on the delivery schedule agreed upon after contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Esperanca Substation located in Santa Clara, California.
