GRYD Gang Intervention Provider (FY 2025-2026)

Background
The Mayor’s Office of Community Safety established the Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD) program to implement data-driven gang prevention and intervention strategies in Los Angeles communities most affected by gang violence.

For Fiscal Year 2025-2026, the Mayor’s Office is seeking proposals from contractors to provide GRYD Gang Intervention services across twenty-three designated GRYD Zones, aiming to support gang-involved youth aged 14 to 25 through various supportive services.

Work Details
Contractors will provide GRYD Intervention case management services, which include making referrals for mentoring, counseling, tattoo removal, and other supportive services.

The program aims to enhance access to positive activities and foster connections with prosocial networks through individual and family meetings. Contractors must adhere closely to the GRYD Comprehensive Strategy as outlined in the GRYD Intervention Services Handbook. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing intervention case management services;
2. Conducting violence interruption activities;
3. Participating in community engagement efforts;
4. Supporting GRYD initiatives as requested by the Mayor’s Office.

Deliverables must be submitted timely as specified in the Handbook.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on October 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in designated GRYD Zones throughout the City of Los Angeles.
