Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this contract to enhance infrastructure in Riverside County. The goal is to furnish and place a polyester concrete overlay, joint seal, and hot mix asphalt (HMA) on bridges located from Veile Avenue Undercrossing in Beaumont to Monterey Avenue Overcrossing at Thousand Palms. This project aims to improve the durability and safety of the bridge structures.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and placing the following:
1. Polyester concrete overlay on specified bridge surfaces.
2. Joint seal installation to ensure proper sealing against water infiltration and debris.
3. Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) application as required for bridge maintenance and repair.
