Furnish And Deliver Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Replacements

Background
The City of Victorville, California, is seeking to procure Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) replacements for its signalized intersections. The Engineering Traffic Division aims to maintain operational integrity during power outages by replacing outdated UPS systems, specifically the Clary UPS systems currently in use at approximately 85 of the city's 100 signalized intersections. The need arises as Clary no longer repairs units older than seven years, necessitating the purchase of new systems.

The contract requires the delivery of 22 units each of the following Clary UPS systems and components:
- Clary SP 1250 XLE - UPS systems (Qty: 22)
- Clary SPXLE-48-10 XLE – Fast Battery Charger 48Vdc Internal 10 Amp (Qty: 22)
- Clary SPH-303 – Bypass Switch 4AWG Wiring (Qty: 22)
- Clary OP48D – 48Vdc Battery set (4x12V) 51 Ahr (Qty: 22)
- Clary SPH-BB4 – Battery Balancer for 4 Batteries (Qty: 22)
- Clary SPH-EQ4-CK1 including various cables and mounting plates (Qty: 22)
- Clary SP-22K1 – Battery Cable, single string, 48Vdc, 5ft (Qty: 22)
- CA MFG AB2153 – Battery Manufacturing Fee *Non-taxable item* (Qty: 88).

The specifications detail that the SP 1250 XLE features an on-line dual conversion UPS rated for 1250 VA / 875W and is designed for extended runtime with a lithium battery pack or a four-battery AGM system.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon issuance of a signed Purchase Order and will require delivery of all items by the specified date noted in the bid proposal form.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to the City of Victorville at the Public Works Yard located at 14177 McArt Road, Victorville, California. Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be reputable manufacturers or authorized dealers of the proposed items. They are required to submit product specifications and a list of exceptions to specifications if applicable. Bidders must also provide evidence of factory certification for service technicians and specify their nearest parts distribution center.
