Fence Replacement Services in San Bernardino County

Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ) #32A0625 for Fence Replacement Services in San Bernardino County.
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary labor and materials to remove an existing chain link fence and install a new industrial curved-top wrought iron metal fence, thereby improving the safety and security of the area.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and travel required to remove and legally dispose of the existing chain link fence.
The contractor will also furnish and install a new industrial curved-top wrought iron metal fence with expanded metal.
Specific tasks include:
1) Removal and disposal of the existing chain link fence at Caltrans Equipment Shop 8;
2) Installation of the new wrought iron fence as per specifications outlined in Exhibit A of the Proposed Form of Agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon execution of the agreement and is expected to be completed within a timeframe specified in the final agreement.
All work is to be completed by the expiration date set forth in that agreement.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Caltrans Equipment Shop 8, located at 320 South Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92408.
