Executive Coaching And Consulting Project (TOS S-031)

Background
LA Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) is seeking proposals from the On-Call Professional Consultant Services Bench in the Training and Development category to provide Executive Coaching to LASAN Management Staff. The goal is to equip staff with tools to navigate complex departmental realities, improve analytical skills, build self-confidence, and enhance overall productivity in a diverse work environment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Executive Coaching services to 30 management staff members, including:
1 Director and General Manager,
8 Assistant General Managers,
21 Division Managers.

Key tasks include:
1. Leadership Assessments: Conduct assessments such as Kolbe A Index for the Director, Energy Leadership Index (ELI), Communication Archetype, and Coaching Survey for all participants.
2. One-On-One Executive Coaching Sessions: Conduct confidential sessions tailored to individual needs, focusing on self-awareness and strategic decision-making. Deliverables include an initial kick-off meeting, monthly updates, and a final assessment report.

Period of Performance
The term of engagement is 6 months from the issuance date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with an option for month-to-month extensions not exceeding six additional months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Los Angeles, California.
