CSULB - Streamline Procure to Pay Process Consultant

Background
California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is seeking qualified firms to provide consulting services aimed at reviewing and improving its Procure to Pay process. The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the University's procurement operations.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the current Procure to Pay process at CSULB. This includes identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and assisting in the implementation of best practices in procurement.

The consultant will work closely with University staff to gather data, analyze existing workflows, and propose actionable solutions.

Period of Performance
