CSA 70 R-21 Mountain View Road Paving Project

Background
The County Service Area 70 R-21 Mountain View Road Paving Project is issued by the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works - Special Districts.
The project aims to improve the roadway conditions on Mountain View Boulevard in Big Bear, California, by providing necessary paving and maintenance work to enhance safety and accessibility for the community.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the project.
This includes:
- Pulverizing 1,290 linear feet of existing asphalt roadway;
- Grading, shaping, compacting, and paving with compacted hot mix asphalt (HMA);
- Adjusting existing valve cans and sewer manholes/clean-outs to grade;
- Sweeping;
- Cleanup;
- Traffic control;
- All other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown in the Bid Documents including Specifications and Project Exhibits.

Period of Performance
The contract work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed on Mountain View Boulevard in Big Bear, California.
