Csa 18 Cedarpines Roads Paving Project

Background
The project involves the paving of roads in County Service Area (CSA) 18, Crestline, California. The work includes preparing existing dirt roads, pulverizing existing asphalt, reusing grindings as base surfacing, and placing new asphalt pavement to a compacted thickness of 3 inches on prepared subgrade/base. The project also involves restoring all driveway transitions, intersections, and drainage flow lines.
The completion of work is required within 30 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner.

Work Details
The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required for grading, placing, compacting, and paving existing roads. It includes details on subgrade preparation and aggregate base, weed control for dirt roads, asphalt concrete mixing and transportation, placing procedures such as preparation and spreading of asphalt concrete.
