Background
The Sierra Nevada Conservancy (SNC) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for audio services to support its quarterly Board meetings. The SNC's mission is to promote the stewardship of California's Sierra Nevada region. This contract aims to ensure effective communication during these meetings by providing necessary audio equipment and technical support.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide audio equipment, services, and a sound technician for the SNC’s quarterly Board meetings. Specific requirements include:
- Up to 16 wireless microphones with table stands for Board members, 3 microphones for staff tables, and 1 microphone for public comments.
- A soundboard with feedback suppression and separate channels for each microphone.
- Speakers adequate to project sound throughout a large auditorium.
- All necessary cords and cables.
- Audio recording of the meeting, chaptered into separate recordings per agenda item within seven calendar days post-meeting.
- The contractor must ensure that the sound technician is available for setup and testing before the meeting starts, typically by 7:00 AM on the day of the meeting.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 19, 2025, and will run through December 31, 2025, with options for extensions until December 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations throughout the Sierra Nevada region as determined by the SNC's quarterly Board meeting schedule.
