Concrete Cutting and Coring Services

Background
The City of Los Angeles is seeking contractors to provide Concrete Cutting and Coring Services for various city projects. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the city can efficiently manage construction and maintenance tasks that require specialized concrete cutting and coring capabilities.

This initiative aligns with the city's commitment to enhancing infrastructure and supporting local businesses through equitable participation in city contracts.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing concrete cutting and coring services, which may include but are not limited to: cutting concrete slabs, walls, and pavements; coring holes for plumbing or electrical installations; and performing related tasks as required by specific city projects.

The contractor must adhere to all safety regulations and standards while executing these services. Additionally, compliance with the Business Inclusion Program (BIP) is required, ensuring participation from minority, women, small, emerging, and disabled veteran-owned businesses in subcontracting opportunities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years from the date of award, with specific task orders issued as needed throughout this timeframe.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Los Angeles as designated in individual task orders.
