This Request for Quotation and any subsequent blanket award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below (Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein. Please see PDF attached for item bid sheet.
Background
The City of Oakland is seeking bids for CITYWIDE PRINTING & BULK MAILING SERVICES to support its operations. This contract aims to provide essential printing and mailing services as needed over a specified period, ensuring that the city's communication needs are met efficiently.

The contract is intended for a duration of three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various printing and mailing services, including but not limited to:
1. Black & White Copies (Single and Double-sided) in various sizes (8.5x11, 11x17) - 20,000 each.
2. Color Copies (Single and Double-sided) in sizes 8.5x11 and 11x17 - 20,000 each.
3. Full Color printed materials including newsletters, banners, foamboard signs, posters, and envelopes in specified quantities ranging from 500 to 20,000 units per item.
4. Graphic Design Services billed hourly as required.

All products must meet specific quality standards as outlined in the bid sheet attached to the RFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations specified by the City of Oakland, primarily at Dalziel Building and LJ Wilson Building located at 250 Frank Ogawa Plaza and 150 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, CA 94612.
