CHP VICTORVILLE - HVAC Replacement Services

Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for HVAC Replacement Services at the Victorville Area Office. This contract aims to ensure the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, which are critical for maintaining a comfortable and safe environment within CHP facilities.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HVAC replacement services as detailed in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work.' This includes the removal of existing HVAC units, installation of new units, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and conducting necessary testing and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

The contractor must possess a valid Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor’s License and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). All work must adhere to prevailing wage laws as specified by the California Labor Code.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The agreement may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CHP Victorville Area Office located at 14210 Amargosa Road, Victorville, CA 92392.
