CHP Templeton Area office - Shop Clothing Services

Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements.

Work Details
The CHP is seeking bids from firms that can provide Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services. Bids must address all services described in Exhibit A entitled, 'Scope of Work' that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB.
The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements.

Period of Performance
The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from January 1, 2025 through January 31, 2028. The first month is to allow for the transition of services, specifically for initial set-up, to include sizing and fitting of employees’ uniforms.
The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services.

Place of Performance
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) will perform Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services at its Templeton Area office.
