CCC Tahoe Center: Parking Lot Slurry Seal

Background
The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is seeking bids for the CCC S. Lake Tahoe Center: Parking Lot Slurry Seal project. The project location is at 1949 Apache Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. The contract number is C3619-103474. The project manager is Ron Sanchez, and the contract analyst is Mujib Sultani.

Work Details
The project involves Type I slurry seal of the center's parking lot areas and re-striping of all parking areas including ADA stalls. The slurry seal shall consist of mixing asphalt emulsion, aggregate, and water and spreading the mixture on a surfacing or pavement where shown on the plans.
A site plan will be provided at the job walk indicating the areas to be slurry sealed.
The contractor will meet with local staff to coordinate the project work and provide a project timeline.

Period of Performance
Bids are due before 4:00 P.M, May 16, 2024. The anticipated award date is May 20, 2024.
