California Advanced Transportation Management System (CATMS) Project

On behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the California Department of Technology seeks to obtain qualified Bidders to provide Caltrans with an on-premise Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software solution for the California Advanced Transportation Management System (CATMS) project. The solution will replace various systems in all twelve Caltrans District's with a single uniform system to manage traffic on the state highway system. The New CATMS system will allow Caltrans to standardize processes and training, improve interoperability and redundancy, and reduce system licensing and maintenance costs.
