Additionally, the project involves exterior concrete/asphalt slope corrections with handrails/guardrails. Interior improvements include restroom upgrades, door hardware installation, signage updates, casework/sink upgrades, automatic door openers installation, and replacement of storefront windows. The project requires a General Building Contractor license (B License) and may involve specialty trades such as plumbing (C-36) and concrete (C-8).

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for the Notice to Proceed is November 2024, with substantial completion expected 403 calendar days after this date (December 2025) and final completion 433 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (January 2026).

The work will be performed at the Lokrantz Special Education Center located at 19451 Wyandotte Street, Reseda, CA 91335.
