Annual Subscription for Unlimited Access to Udemy Online Training Platform for Employee Training Services

Background
The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Training and Administrative Services (OTAS) is responsible for implementing and overseeing training courses, materials, and certifications for approximately 4,000 employees across 23 different programs in California.

The goal of this contract is to procure annual subscription services licenses for the Udemy Online Training Platform to provide unlimited access for DGS employees to training on current and new technology-based services available for state use.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide OTAS with virtual access to the Udemy Online Training platform, specifically the Enterprise-Wide edition. This includes:
- Deployment, training, and implementation for 4,000 employees.
- Integration with Cornerstone-On Demand.
- Single Sign-On integration.
- A Customer Success Manager.
- Unlimited course catalog access with current offerings.
- Online registration system for classes using DGS email addresses.
- Self-paced online courses available 24/7 with video presentations, assessments, and certificates of completion.
- Technical support via email and live chat during specified hours.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within California as required by the Department of General Services.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 3%. Bidders claiming small business preference must be certified by California as a small business or commit to subcontracting at least 25% of the net bid price with California certified small businesses.
