Background
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Barber Services at the Veterans Home of California - West Los Angeles. The contractor is responsible for meeting all the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation.

Work Details
