Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for pest control services at the Bridgeport Area office and Mammoth Lakes Resident Post. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective pest management in these locations, aligning with CHP's mission to maintain safe and secure environments.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services as outlined in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work.' This includes regular inspections, treatment plans, and follow-up services to manage pest populations effectively.

The contractor must hold a Structural Pest Control Operator License, Qualified Applicator License (Category A and B), and a Structural Pest Control Board, Branch 2 License. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as per California Labor Code requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is from March 1, 2025, through April 30, 2028. This term may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the CHP Bridgeport Area office located at 125 Main Street, Bridgeport, CA 93517, and the Mammoth Lakes Resident Post located at Hot Creek Trout Hatchery – State Route 1, Mammoth Lakes, CA 95346.
