Background
The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is issuing this solicitation for Cooling Tower Maintenance and Incidental Repair Services specifically for certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE).
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of cooling tower systems at the Veterans Home of California - Barstow, thereby supporting the agency's mission to provide quality care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and incidental repair services for cooling towers. This includes regular inspections, cleaning, repairs, and any necessary upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Specific tasks may include:
