24-143 Re-BID Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing/Steam Cleaning Services for San Diego

8/15/2024 Project is being Re-Bid Please read Re-Bid IFB *********************************************************************************************************** You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 24-143 Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning Services at the San Diego DMV Field Office Purpose and Description of Services Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the San Diego DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. Bids must be received via email no later than the date specified in the Schedule of Events. The DMV will not accept any bids that are mailed or hand-delivered. (1). Bids shall be emailed in non-fillable PDF format (one [1] file that includes all required bid documents) to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. Only bids sent to this email will be considered. Bids that contain any bid information in the body of the email may be rejected.
