The bidder is required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and perform all work for the Redding Flooring Replacement - Carpet project. The bid price should include the cost of Bonds, insurance, sales tax, and every other item of expense, direct or indirect, incidental to the Bid Price.

Period of Performance
