Background
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the procurement of Cisco VoIP phones as part of its Internal Services Department's initiative to enhance communication infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of Cisco VoIP phones, specifically detailed in two commodity lines.
Bidders are required to provide a complete bid including all necessary documentation and attachments as specified in Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.
Each item must be bid separately, and the specifications must be adhered to, including any alternate offers which must meet functional requirements.
The vendor must ensure timely delivery of the products as per the agreed terms.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all products are delivered and accepted by the County.
The bid due date is set for April 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the Cisco VoIP phones will be specified by the County of Los Angeles upon award of the contract.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register in the County’s WebVen system prior to submitting their bids.
They are encouraged to include certifications such as Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Social Enterprise (SE), and Community Business Enterprise (CBE).
Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal laws regarding child support compliance.
