10196432 for Septic Tank Servicing at Vista Del Lago

Background
The Department of Water Resources, under the California Natural Resources Agency, is inviting bids for the provision of Septic Tank Servicing at Vista Del Lago Visitor Center and other locations on an as-needed basis. The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide qualified personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain and remove waste from the septic tanks within the jurisdictional areas of the Vista Del Lago Facility. The contractor must stay in compliance with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of Federal, State, Regional, and Local Authorities for all work performed under this agreement.
The contractor must possess a valid license by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Health Services to legally operate sewage pumps and maintain the required license during the term of the agreement. Additionally, the contractor must have at least (5) years of experience providing service and pumping of Septic Tanks.

Period of Performance
The bid key action dates include: IFB available on February 16, 2024; Mandatory Pre-bid Conference on March 5, 2024; Bids must be received by March 14, 2024; Bid opening to be held on March 15, 2024; Anticipated start date of agreement is August 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the Southern Field Division. Services will be on a routine basis at the Vista Del Lago Visitors Center. All other locations will be serviced on an as-needed basis.
