Supply, Install, and Repair Services of Restroom Partitions

Background
The City of Phoenix, through its Public Works Department, is seeking contractor(s) for the supply, installation, and repair services of restroom partitions and urinal screens across various city facilities. This initiative aims to enhance privacy, durability, and functionality in restrooms within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. The contract will be executed on an as-needed basis for citywide departments.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other necessary work for the installation of restroom partitions. Specific tasks include:
- Installation of partitions made from materials such as high-pressure laminate (HPL), painted metal, compact laminate, and solid plastic.
- Compliance with local building codes and health regulations.
- Coordination with other construction activities (e.g., plumbing).
- Completion of installation within two business days unless otherwise communicated.
- Warranty coverage for all installations for a period of twelve months against defects in material and workmanship.
- The ability to add or subtract facilities or partitions as needed by the City.
- All materials used must be new unless provided by the City.
- Conduct thorough inspections post-installation to ensure proper alignment and functionality.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on or about June 01, 2025, with an initial term of three years and two optional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various City facilities located within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
