Phoenix Convention Center Digital Signage

Background
The City of Phoenix is seeking proposals for the design, installation, and maintenance of an advanced digital signage system across its venues, including the North, West, and South Buildings, Symphony Hall, and Orpheum Theater.
This initiative aims to enhance the functionality and visual appeal of the existing digital signage network to meet contemporary standards and provide an engaging user experience.
The project is set to commence on or about July 1, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Designing a scalable, secure cloud-based digital signage system with high-resolution displays that support diverse media formats and interactive elements.
- Integrating the new system with the existing Momentus event management system for real-time updates.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and implementing strong data protection measures.
- Providing a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) with features such as scheduling, content segmentation, remote updates, and compatibility with various media formats (JPEG, AVI, MPEG, MOV, PNG).
- Offering a minimum of 8 hours of training for city employees on system operation and maintenance along with comprehensive documentation.
- Conducting site surveys of existing installations and reporting findings.
The current system includes:
- 101 Meeting Room Displays
- 34 Promo Readerboards
- 24 Virtual Concierges
- 2 Video Walls
- 9 Exterior LED Marquees
- 7 Ticket Window Displays.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period commencing on or about July 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
