Background
The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) governs Arizona State University (ASU) and is seeking proposals through this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage qualified firms for the economic and effective placement of advertising across various media and markets.
The goal is to enhance outreach to prospective students, parents, alumni, influencers, and donors.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive paid media planning and buying services, which include:
1. Developing innovative media planning strategies that encompass both traditional and digital media.
2. Targeting specific audiences in Arizona and California to maximize outreach effectiveness.
3. Accessing new markets due to Sun Devil Athletics' realignment with the Big 12 Conference.
4. Utilizing contemporary digital media practices including PPC, digital display, social media, predictive analysis, and CRM consulting.
5. Exporting media data into Google Cloud Platform's BigQuery data warehouse.
6. Leveraging analytics tools such as Looker, PowerBi, Tableau, Google Analytics GA4, and Google Tag Manager for reporting and optimization purposes.
7. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the specified services as outlined in the RFP.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed in Arizona and California.
