Background
The City of Douglas is seeking proposals for the design and construction of a metal building as part of its infrastructure development. The goal is to create a functional structure that meets the city's needs while adhering to specified standards and regulations.

The project involves the design and construction of a 24 ft x 56 ft metal building, accompanied by a 24 ft x 34 ft concrete apron approach.
