Background
The State of Alabama, through the Alabama Department of Workforce, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive branding and marketing initiative aimed at enhancing workforce participation and connecting Alabamians with employment opportunities. This initiative follows the enactment of the Alabama Workforce Transformation Act, which restructured workforce functions under the new Department of Workforce. The primary goal is to create a unified workforce brand that resonates with both job seekers and employers, facilitating better alignment between skills and job opportunities.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for:

1) Developing a cohesive workforce brand that includes a new logo, branding elements, and slogan;

2) Creating a user-friendly website that consolidates existing workforce content into an interactive platform;

3) Implementing grassroots outreach strategies to engage local communities and connect job seekers with opportunities;

4) Rolling out a comprehensive recruitment campaign targeting youth and disconnected workers;

5) Producing various marketing materials including print ads, digital content, videos, and social media assets;

6) Managing media buys for advertising campaigns.

Deliverables include timelines for implementation, partnership structures, brand architecture, visual identity options, and examples of previous work.

Period of Performance
The contract will last for two years from the Governor's signature or August 1, 2025, whichever comes first. There is an option to renew for up to five years total.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Alabama, with specific locations determined by the outreach strategies developed by the vendor.
