This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to result in a contract for The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Anchorage International Airport (ANC), Airfield Maintenance (AFM), looking to acquire a modern fleet and fixed asset management software solution, all under one roof , to onboard an all-in-one system that addresses both vehicle assets and fixed assets such as outdoor lighting fixtures and runway/roadway-related utilities and installations.

Background
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire a modern fleet and fixed asset management software solution for the Anchorage International Airport (ANC).
The goal is to onboard an all-in-one system that addresses both vehicle assets and fixed assets such as outdoor lighting fixtures and utilities related to runways and roadways. ANC serves as a major cargo hub in Alaska, managing extensive outdoor surfaces and various maintenance tasks.
Work Details
The contractor must provide a product that will completely replace the current fleet management and parts inventory software, ensuring it has all features as outlined in the evaluation matrix.
The software must interface with existing products, include robust GIS/fixed asset mapping tools, support both fixed and mobile asset management under one roof, and provide comprehensive training for users. Additionally, the contractor must import existing fleet and fixed asset data covering up to 20 years of history. Support includes 24/7 technical assistance for the first year post-implementation.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award, approximately on October 29, 2024, and will run through April 30, 2026.
The software must be fully implemented within six months of award completion by April 30, 2025. There is an option for renewal for five additional years.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the vendor's primary place of business with required travel to Anchorage International Airport (ANC) for onboarding within the first six months.
