Investment Detail
This investment evaluates and incrementally improves or replaces, as warranted, established technical architectures, delivery process quality/governance and operational models, and infrastructure, in order to provide affordable, intuitive, self-help solutions that optimize benefit to USPTO, both now, and with predictable future scalability that old, linear, human-only processes cannot.
This investment in intelligent automation enhances the security, reliability, and quality of USPTO service offerings. Process improvement, AI-driven intake, deployment testing, delivery automation, and focused product team alerting are key features that empower business customers and their product development and delivery teams to scale in place, while incrementally increasing business capability, and deploying rapid, secure changes.
Adopting enterprise solutions for infrastructure will improve the security, maintainability, and reliability of Next Gen applications in any approved environment (hybrid multi-cloud). CM, Observability, and security controls are being built into automatic product delivery platforms, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of USPTO's data, and services; including effective disaster recovery, or disaster avoidance.
