TeRRA is the EPA Fuels program compliance and reporting system. An abbreviation for electronic (Transactions, Registration, Reporting and Access). It consolidates all the Fuels program systems such as OTAQReg, DCFuels, EMTS, DART, Maillog, RP79, etc... TeRRA has compliance data related to gasoline, diesel, renewables, and other fuels and fuel additives. These data are collected from refiners, importers, independent laboratories, and fuel and fuel additive manufacturers. This system is critical for EPA compliance work.
