Fiscal 2023 research and development funds (Navy) in the amount of $1,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Under authority of 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, this contract was not competitively procured via the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
