SERVICES COVERED BY THIS SIN INCLUDE: MANAGEMENT OR STRATEGY CONSULTING, INCLUDING RESEARCH, EVALUATIONS, STUDIES, ANALYSES, SCENARIOS/SIMULATIONS, REPORTS, BUSINESS POLICY AND REGULATION DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE AND STRATEGY FORMULATION.
