GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TREE PLANTING/TRIMMING/REMOVAL FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES COMPLETE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COMPLETE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ELECTRICAL, AND ALL UTILITY SERVICES LIMTED TO FACILITY MAINTENANCE REFRIGERATION, HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITION HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE PLANNING, DEVELOMENT, MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS, FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AT OR ON FEDERAL FACILITIES AND/OR PROPERTIES. THESE SERVICES INVOLVE MOWING, PLANTING, SEEDING, FERTILIZING, RAKING, MULCHING, WATERING, PRUNING, WEEDING, AERATING, AND ALL SERVICES RELATEDTO GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, MANGEMENT, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF TREES ON FEDERAL FACILITIES AND/OR PROPERTIES.
