ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES FINANCIAL SERVICES (EXCLUDING CREDIT CARD) INCLUDES STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES (E.G., DEFINE AND INTERPRET HIGH-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONAL ENGINEERING PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS PROJECTS, SYSTEMS, MISSIONS, ETC., AND THE OBJECTIVES AND APPROACHES TO THEIR ACHIEVEMENT.
