Apr 2020: Premier Stanley Engineering JV LLC, Chandler, Arizona (FA3016-20-D-0013); WestEast Design Group LLC, San Antonio, Texas (FA3016-20-D-0014); Liberty JV, Yuma, Arizona (FA3016-20-D-0015); Raymond Pond JV LLC (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), Conyers, Georgia (FA3016-20-D-0016); O'Brien Engineering Inc., Carrolton, Texas (FA3016-20-D-0017), and STS Solutions and Training LLC, San Diego, California (FA3016-20-D-0018), have been awarded one of six multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with a $67,000,000 program ceiling for architectural and engineering (A&E) services to include Title I and Title II services. This contract provides for a full range of A&E services for construction and engineering activities for the design of new facilities and infrastructure, repair, renovation and/or restoration of existing facilities. Work will be performed on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025. These awards are the result of a competitive acquisition, and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2020 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The 502nd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, is the contracting activity.
