INFORMATION MANAGEMENT CENTER SERVICES (IMCS IV) EPA'S REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE FOUR MISSION CRITICAL AREAS TO BE SUPPORTED AT EPA HEADQUARTERS AND ACROSS THE AGENCY'S TEN REGIONS: EPA DOCKET CENTER, EPA NATIONAL LIBRARY NETWORK AND ITS LIBRARIES, RECORDS MANAGEMENT, AND FOIA.
