DTMA-91-D-2013-0004 CAPE T'S LONG TERM LAYBERTHING, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MARITIME ADMINISTRATION IS AWARDING AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY FIRM-FIXED PRICED CONTRACT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE LONG-TERM SAFE LAYBERTHING OF CAPE T DESIGNATED MARAD RRF VESSELS OR OTHER GOVERNMENT VESSELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. THE AWARDED CONTRACT SHALL BE A BASE 10 YEAR ALTERNATE PERFORMANCE PERIOD TO CONSIST OF A BASE YEAR PLUS NINE ONE YEAR OPTIONS.
