SYSTEMS ENGINEERING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (SETA) III IS AN INDEFINITE-DELIVERY INDEFINITE-QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTORATE (S&T) OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) WITH ADVISORY AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES TO SUPPORT EFFORTS IN RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST AND EVALUATION (RDT&E). SUCH PROFESSIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT INCLUDE TECHNICAL, PROGRAMMATIC, AND CORRESPONDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE SERVICES.
