Work will be performed in Collinsville, Illinois; Des Moines, Iowa; Fort Dodge, Iowa; Sioux City, Iowa; Topeka, Kansas; McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas; Duluth, Minnesota; St Paul, Minnesota; St. Louis, Missouri; St. Joseph, Missouri; Fargo, North Dakota; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Minot, North Dakota; Pembina, North Dakota; Lincoln, Nebraska; Offutt AFB, Nebraska; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Camp Douglas, Wisconsin; Madison, Wisconsin; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 12, 2022.
