REFERENCE SOLICITATION: 47PL0018R0001, AWARD OF BASE IDIQ CONTRACT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. TASK ORDER (TO) CONTRACTS (TOC) WILL BE SOLICITED BY TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (TO RFP) TO AWARD POOL FOR THE WESTERN MATOC. WORK TO BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE AOR OF THE GSA, PBS, NORTHWEST/ARCTIC REGION (R10) FEDERALLY OWNED AND CONTROLLED FACILITIES LOCATED WITHIN WESTERN WASHINGTON. GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARY BEGINNING IN VANCOUVER WA AND EXTENDING NORTH TO THE US - CANADIAN BORDER, WEST TO THE PACIFIC OCEAN, AND EAST TO THE CASCADE MOUNTAIN RANGE.
