Grant Description
Application Purpose: This award will assist the City and County of Honolulu to maintain safe and reliable transit services with the procurement of replacement vehicles beyond their useful life.

Activities performed: Procurement of replacement vehicles beyond their useful life.

Expected outcomes: Anticipate the purchase of new vehicles for continued safe and reliable transportation via the City and County of Honolulu's public transit system.

Intended beneficiaries: The residents of and visitors to the island of Oahu.

Subrecipient activities: The City and County of Honolulu does not sub allocate funds.

COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING IS APPROPRIATED AND ALLOCATED AT THE DISCRETION OF CONGRESS TO SPECIFIC PROJECTS AND FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES - I.E. CONGRESSIONALLY DIRECTED SPENDING.
