REGIONAL INITIATIVE TO ACCELERATE CARBON CAPTURE UTILIZATION AND STORAGE DEPLOYMENT THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THIS FUNDING OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO AWARD PROJECTS THAT IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS ONSHORE REGIONAL STORAGE AND TRANSPORT CHALLENGES FACING COMMERCIAL DEPLOYMENT OF CARBON CAPTURE UTILIZATION AND STORAGE. PROJECTS WILL FOCUS ON ADDRESSING KEY TECHNICAL CHALLENGES; FACILITATE DATA COLLECTION, SHARING, AND ANALYSIS; EVALUATE REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE; AND PROMOTE REGIONAL TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER.
