The purpose of this USAID/Ethiopia five-year assistance activity, entitled USAID Lowlands Health, is to support an organization or a group of organizations, from here on known as “recipient” or “consortium”, who share the expressed public purpose of improving health and nutrition outcomes in the pastoral geographies of Ethiopia, through increased access and utilization of quality reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent & youth health and nutrition (RMNCAH-N) services.
